1. Limousine Hire Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation Timeframe:
- Full Refund: Customers can cancel their limousine booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Late or Missed Service: If Limo Center is late or unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure, weather, or traffic delays), we will provide an alternative vehicle or offer a full refund. We will also give customers the option to reschedule without any extra charges.
No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To request a refund or cancel your booking, follow these steps:

- Required Information: Include your full name, booking reference number, the reason for cancellation, and the scheduled service date.

3. Processing Refunds
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) used during the booking.
- Refund Timeline: It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Fees: In cases where a refund is provided, any service fees, administration charges, or transaction fees related to third-party payment processors may be deducted.
4. Fees and Costs
- Cancellation Fees: Limo Center does not charge any cancellation fees for cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service will result in partial or no refunds as stated in the refund conditions.
- Administrative Fees: For refunds or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, administrative fees may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Rescheduling Fees: Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees, depending on the changes requested.
5. Product-Specific Requirements
- Condition of Vehicle Use: Customers are responsible for ensuring that no damage occurs to the limousine during the hire period. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their guests, repair costs will be deducted from any refundable amounts, or additional charges may apply.
- Cleanliness: Excessive cleaning required after service may result in cleaning fees, which will be deducted from any refunds or charged separately.
6. Exclusions
- Non-Refundable Services: Limo Center does not offer refunds for services completed satisfactorily. Refunds are only available for cancellations or unsatisfactory services based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.
